My interaction with my service writer Nikhil Prahad was excellent. He listens and goes above and beyond to help and answer questions and was ensured that I was satisfied. I have been a EG Ford customer since the late 80’s when your dealership was across the freeway. Nick has been the best employee I have dealt with at Elk Grove Ford in the past 40 years…I thought the cost of service was surprisingly high and that spending $1800 should include a quick car wash if requested, Its all about the little things. You should ask Nick what he thinks, he knows about customer service.
