We had a great experience from the sales person Glen Korsen to the financial group. Glen was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the Ram trucks. Definitely would go back when we need another vehicle.
My family has purchased four vehicles from Smith Haven in the last two years. Brandon Jimenez in sales has always gone above and beyond — he’s fantastic and a big reason we kept returning. However, once the papers are signed, the service department completely drops the ball. I’ve had repeated electrical issues with my 2023 RAM 1500 Limited that left me stranded multiple times, including once with my 3-year-old and 8-month-old in the car. No loaner was offered, and communication has been generic, unhelpful, and dismissive. To make matters worse, I was told to “contact RAM Corporate” instead of having my issues addressed at the dealership. One service advisor even suggested I tow the truck elsewhere because I seemed too frustrated. This isn’t how you treat loyal customers. It’s hard to recommend a place where service and safety come second to deflection.
Amazing time with them as always. This is my 3rd vehicle from them and every single time its a wonderful, easy and FUN time!
Mike Horan, Kristina Villafona, and Tyler Thomsen should all be paid whatever they ask for. By far the best trio of sales and management that I have meet. They took crare of all my needs, and I am a needy girl. 10s 10s across the board. The other listed not so much.
Our sales representative, Nick Sciarotta was fabulous to work with. He was so helpful and he is definitely the reason we chose to purchase from Smithhaven Dodge Ram in St. James. He was so patient with us. Explained everything. Spend time going over the details of the vehicle with my husband. Showed him how to use all the electronics in the truck. Very happy with him. He deserves 5 stars for sure. Great customer service.
I came here today to get service for my car. I have been driving for many years and have visited many service centers. I had many bad experiences before, so I did not trust service centers. But this time was very different. Two service advisors, Larry Biehl and Tim Biehl, changed my mind. They gave me the best service and made me feel comfortable. Now, I trust this place again. I can buy a car and get service at Smith Haven Jeep without worry. I am very, very thankful to both of them!
