My family and I fortunately drove passed your dealership on a cross country road trip in which we developed a coolant leak. I came in near closing on a Friday and expressed my desperate situation to an associate named Joe. He made sure that my van was diagnosed immediately. While I wasn't happy to learn that I had a cracked radiator, Joe helped us arrange a rental car and a ride to the airport to pick it up. Our automotive problems could have brought a dream vacation to an end, but thanks to your team we completed the vacation with mild inconvenience. I consider you to be a Godsend.
