NEVER NEVER go to this place, they will lie to you about the down payment and sell you a vehicle that has not been looked at. Pepe has to be the most unprofessional person I have met in Las Vegas. If you want a bad car, a bad deal, bad service go to Autoworld...They have changed one of their dealerships to Car Pros...DO NOT GO NEAR AUTOWORLD OR CAR PROS, they are very unprofessional

HE IS THE WORST RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON IVE EVER MET. DIRTY OFFICE AND DIRTY OLD CARS WITH HIGH INTEREST RATES. HE LIED SAYING I WAS APPROVED BEFORE HE EVEN RAN MY CREDIT THEN HE SWITCHED HIS STORY SAYING MY PAYSTUBS WERE FAKE. HE DIDNT EVEN CALL OR TRY TO VERIFY WITH MY JOB. I TOOK THE SAME PAY STUBS AND WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO BAJA AND GOT A NICER CAR.

For 1 you DO NOT put $500 down more like $1500 and up down. Which they let you pay over a period of time so I won't completely down them on that. However, they're very unorganized when it comes to pretty much everything. All of their cars are HORRIBLE so please when I tell you don't purchase a car from here. PLEASE DON'T! Here is your WARNING. your car will definitely break down and they DO NOT have rental cars so you will have no way to work, school or any other important place you may need to go to. These people don't care about anyone but themselves and that little bit of money you put down. Once your done putting that money down they no longer give a f*xx about you. If you purchase. At first I thought this place was crap and the salesman be guided my girl BUT my opinion changed 6 months into the purchase after she experienced an issue with her USED Black Nissan. Her salesman Lionell really did take care of her because he put her in a car with a warranty. In turn it helped US/Chewy to promptly repair her vehicle. Now shes up and running again, THANKS!!!

Purchased my car in July 2017 Present day January 2018 car will not shift from park xxx They may offer WARRANTEES but when its time to deliver 5 months later. They'll definitely give you the run arounds. I'm still waiting on my tow 2 days later. SMH
