I received great response time and feedback from Jayson, my sales associate after inquiring about a vehicle online. While the vehicle that brought my to Antwerpen didn’t meet my needs, Jayson was patience and attentive to my needs and made a recommendation that made sense. He showed me an 2020 VW Atlas CrossSport with a CLEAN CarFax report. I shared concern about the tires in the vehicle as there was uneven wear on front vs rear tires. I was told by Nemo, Sales Manager, the tires met inspection criteria. I have purchased the vehicle and was in and out in a few hours. The next week I shared that there was front end vibration while driving. Service Manager, Mark, acknowledged the uneven wear and offered to balance and rotate the tires to attempt to correct. Upon completion of service the vibration, still from the tire wear, moved from the front to the rear of the vehicle when driving. Sales Manager/General Manager explained that because the tires passed inspections they could only offered to sell me discounted tires on a purchase I made with questionable tires. Between the tires/vibration and the FALSE/Incorrect CarFax this was a disappointing experience. I would not return to purchase or recommend Antwerpen Mitsubishi.

Pros: Employees are friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is very convenient. Cons: The service cost was quoted over the phone but the bill was $80 higher. It was lowered when I asked why it was different than promised but the coupons were removed after matching the quote. I only realized it later on. The Zurich Protection plan is supposed to cover the car inside and out. The next day I opened the trunk and saw it was not cleaned at all. I don't know if the trunk is not included (why wouldn't it be with a $1300 package?) or if they forgot about it. (I'd much prefer it if the package was not mandatory when purchasing a car.) There are some issues with Mitsubishi but it's on the manufacturing quality and not the dealership.

Greatest service from Ron in the Service Department. Because of illness, I had not driven my car for over 6 months. The minute I started my car, the routine maintenance light came on. I read that after letting the car sit idle that long, I needed an oil change and fluid checks. Ron handled my car. He said he would also check tires and brakes. He came back with tires and brakes great. I had not told him that right before I stopped driving, I had put new tires on and that the brakes had been checked then and noted as ok. I was curious as to what he was going to recommend. He was spot on. Courteous, professional, friendly. Kept me updated on my service.

Mark was great, excellent customer service, oil change was quick, friendly staff, will come back.
