Both servicing for November's new snow tires with wheels and April's swap back to summer tires were flawless. Also did an excellent job mounting a new trailer hitch and some trim on the doors. Great job everyone!
Josh McCoy was a life saver! My batttery randomly died and I was stranded at a gas station when I was supposed to be picking my girlfriend up at the airport. Josh had me back on the road within an hour! He was a knight in shining armor! Thanks again Josh for such wonderful customer service!
Gary Schram was very accomodating during our visit and eventually leading us the purchase. The transaction was smooth and were able to drive with the vehilcle in less than 2 hours….
Mike Girard was FANTASTIC! I’ve never been happier to speak to a salesman in my life! He had amazing customer service and determination to get us a reliable and safe vehicle for my family and our 4 month old son. He was patient, kind and very responsive! He answered every question we had and walked us through the whole process. I’d recommend him to my friends and family and anyone looking for a vehicle! We were there August 18,2023 A light came on saying low tires.we pulled in the service areaA lady checked the tires and turned off the light off and said we’re go to go. A very professional attendant I wish I had her name,but I don’t.They didn’t charge us a thing!!! Honda 1919 CRV
I leased a new car and the second day I owned it, all of the warning lights on the dashboard lit up. I had to drive 60 miles back to the dealership with my husband following in his car because the general manager refused to give me a loner to drive home while they diagnosed and fixed my brand new car. My husband had to drive me back to pick it up 9 days later (240 miles for both round trips). To top it off, I called my insurance company yesterday to find out why I hadn’t gotten my new insurance card and bill and found out the dealership had never called them to insure the new car (which they claimed they had when I initially purchased it and picked it up). I certainly would have called the insurance company when I picked up the car if I’d known Williams Honda hadn’t (and lied that they had)! Worst customer service ever and they wanted me to rate them with all 5s!
