Everything was handled very professionally! All requests were made and the vehicle is a very nice car!
salesman was great and dealership was good .finance on the other hand was less so, had a wire transfer done because you don't accept cashiers checks and one from wife's credit union was returned to her credit union for some reason not explained. while the one from mine using the exact info was good to go' delayed our delivery by a day to get a cash withdraw instead
The services is always top notch on very dependable vehicles. There is not reason to go anywhere else.
All service done in timely manner and service advisor did a good job explaining everything.
As always excellent customer service!!! I won't buy any other car than a Lexus at Walser.
Miss the loaner car. Was told 1.5 hours, I was there for 2.5. The massage chairs and a car wash are nice but an extra hour want planned that morning and glad I was able to work remote.
