As the saying goes ''You cannot trust a person whom you noticed cheating you even if they are providing more'' After the manager left his phone on YP, I tried to contact him but unable to get him or get a call back until I file a claim with BBB. Communicated back and forth several times with the help of the bureau but he refused to address my concerns by stating he believes the car checked out perfectly fine but I am complaining as most people do if they are dissatisfied with the Purchase so he can provide me only the tire inflator at this time. 1. Unwilling to examine the damage further, instead provides an Experian report at vehicle odometer reading 58,614 while the vehicle selling odometer reads 58,833 a difference of 219 miles within around 40 days from the report date. He says a dent hidden behind a door is a normal wear and tear in a preowned car, his contract document and report say the car was formerly a RENTAL CAR and Doesn't have any damages. See Image provided. 2. The manager is Unwilling to give a checklist of items included that cost $980.00 and described in the contract as cash priced accessories. See the screenshot from the contract and help me if I am blind of the listed Items that cost $980.00. 3. Unwilling to provide other than the tire inflator while he sold empty trunk car without standard tools and equipment to include the top trunk cover and the bottom Trunk storage. I purchased the car on purpose, and I don't have any hesitation about purchasing it that is why I am working with Toyota to make sure the car is in a good order as I resolved the spare car key missing at the time of sale and to have a peace of mind making sure the car doesn't have any hidden mechanical defects. and this is mainly because if a dealership is denying visible damages and lost standard items and charging for additional cash priced accessories it's natural to do your best, if situation allows, not to be a victim of irresponsible and untrusted sellers who deny what you deserve without providing proof and because of their biased understanding about customer dissatisfaction. I still need my concern addressed, will fight until I get justice and let the public learn from my experience. no hard-Earned Money will be taken Easily!

Dropped my Nissan Leaf off at 8:45am on a Tuesday. I was told by Louise Gonzalez that it might take a week because they have only 1 mechanic thar works on electric cars but he only had 1 car before me. All day went by no update. All day Wednesday goes by no update so I call service department no answer multiple times do I called sales department and they tell the service mechanics are there and she'll transfer me. Still no answer so I left message and no call back. Thursday goes by same routine no answer no call back. Friday morning goes by no call no update. So I call no answer so I call sales same thing patched through no answer. I ask for manager service dept. She says he'll have to call me back. I never got a call back so I decide to go pick it up and take it to a different mechanic. When I get there there are 6 guys standing around doing absolutely nothing. I ask for my key back from Louise Gonzales but he tells me to hang on he has to get paper work with a serious attitude. I told him there shouldn't be any paper work the car just sat there for 4 days. Finally he hands me the key. The other mechanic fixed it in 5 minutes. Tracy Nissan Service department is the worse. Please do not take your car there. Louise Gonzalez doesn't like his job and takes it out on the customers. He should just quit.

While in their shop my radiator plug was broke off.I filed a complaint with the bureau of auto repairs.b.a.r. Told me Tracy Nissan would take care of the problem so I took it there and they wanted to charge me for the repair. Don’t trust anything they say.

When was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’ve bought in two cars from there in the past but this time it was a joke. I got there introduced myself met the person that I was supposed to see and that was it. I sat there for almost an hour. Nobody saying a word to me coming up to me checking on me nothing so I just left.

Horrid .con men I recently took titan truck for engine light waited 5 days so I can. Drive out of there n hours later comes back .

My experience with Alonso and Neil in the Service Center has been terrible. My 2018 Nissan Leaf has been left with them 4 times (towed twice) for the same issue relating to the Drive battery. They have had my car 10 days straight now and I had received no updates. I have tried the last two days to get ahold of Alonso and I'm put on hold for 10-20 minutes each time and nobody answers. I have called back several times and was told a message would be left with Alonso, no call back. I have spoken to Neil the manager several times and he doesn't call me back either when he says he will. I had suggested they pull apart my battery to find the bad cells causing the error and was told that's too labor intensive and I would have to pay upfront for it. It's under warranty! They finally were able to replicate the issue after a week and I was told they had to have an hourly employee drive my car around to replicate it, like thats my problem?! Meanwhile I'm left without a car as they won't provide me a rental while they 'figure out' the issue and my drive battery is still under warranty. I will NEVER buy another Nissan! Stay away from this place if you need service. Worst experience I've had with a company by far.
