Very polite Well I pulled up, on the phone because of work. I made the glass guy wait because it was my first time. Then I felt bad for him because my windshield was ok. Just a bunch of bug guts. Then I told the guy inside to tell the service manager that he was cool. It was him that made me come there. His kindness, smile, and the price was excellent.
It took awhile, someone had parked in the bay and was inside, once he moved his truck, I was able to pull in and get my oil changed.
Graff Durand is an outstanding dealership. I won’t go anywhere else now. I have leased my last 5 vehicles from here and from the salesman to the oil change techs everyone is so easy to work with and friendly. I tell everyone that will listen, what a great place to buy or lease a vehicle.
