What Others Say

because of the poor mickey mouse repair done. instead of fixing things properly to sell the vehical. Over priced piece of junk.. Should have been repaired properly. Actually after every thing I've found wrong with this It should have gone to the junk yard not resold

Derrick was a great salesman--no pressure and very informative. This was a big deal purchase for us( first time getting a later model car--2013-and committing to payments) and we feel really about the whole experience.

Upon going here to look at a Jeep that was advertised online I dealt with Rocky, the Jeep was in the back of the dealership and Rocky kept advising "There's nothing wrong with it, it's just back here to be cleaned." He is a terrible sales rep. Just to name a few things. I felt extremely pressured by him to buy the Jeep. He made promises he didn't keep. He told me the jeep was in great condition The car has a billion and 10 things wrong with it, I was basically sold a lemon. I paid about $20,000.00 for the Wrangler, shortly after I learned my AC doesn't work. My blinker sticks, which Rocky promised he would have fixed.. I guess it's my fault for not following up on it, however I shouldn't have to ask someone 3 different times to fix something they said they would fix. I finally gave up. I've called Rocky on many occasions with no follow up and when I finally had gotten a hold of him he'd say "I DID call you back, you didn't get my message?" However my phone works perfectly fine. They ran my credit about 10 different times to see what loan options they could get me which I feel was extremely unnecessary. My check engine light is on. My air bag light keeps coming on. My CD player doesn't work. My name on my registration, loan, and insurance paperwork was all wrong because Rocky can't comprehend a hyphenated last name even though I wrote it down for him on a piece of paper after the 4th time he didn't get it. The Jeep now isn't starting sometimes. I've had to take it to 3 different mechanics, none of them knowing what was wrong until the 3rd one advised me that he thinks it's been submerged in water from extreme off roading from the prior owner and to get rid of it because it's going to just keep giving me electrical problems. I just purchased this car in April, and I've had NOTHING but issues and no follow up. This was my first car and everything I was praying wouldn't happen to me has. I now have to see about trading this in and definitely not going to be getting back what I put into it. I'm a 23 year old woman, who knows nothing about cars... and they knew this was my first car buying experience... I'm not sure why they would do this to me. Thank you for the added stress in my life because you're greedy, money hungry, and wanting to get over on people. If I wasn't making these $300 per month car payments every month I'd hire a lawyer and sue.

great experience great people to work with!! got a great car at a great price. look forward to doing business again with this dealership in the future!

Attempting to work with this dealership was a disappointing experience. I came to them for a specific vehicle on their lot. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the description on their website did not match the vehicle. It was a 2007 Pacifica advertised as having a sun roof and heated seats. Neither of those features were on the car. How do you miss the fact that there is no sunroof? I liked the car and really wanted to buy it, but it was listed significantly over the blue book value and I did not feel the vehicle warranted such a mark up. When I was negotiating the price of the vehicle, they were unwilling to budge and was perplexed at how in the world I could expect to buy that car for the price I wanted. (The price was the KBB value for a certified used Pacifica... that's what I was willing to pay. They wanted $1500 more). They proceeded to tell me how he had so many inquiries about this car and there was no way I would find a comparable deal for less. I tried to walk away and all of a sudden, the price dropped from $14,950 to $13,750. I would have settled for $13,250 and they wouldn't do it. I walked out. It's now a month later. 2 weeks ago, I bought a 2008 Pacifica Limited with 72,000 miles, leather interior, DVD entertainment system, sun roof, heated seats, Infinity sound system, navigation, back up camera, and Uconnect phone system etc. I paid $13,300 from Wilson Motors in Bellingham (They were awesome!) Wilson gave me $500 more on my trade in and I only put down $1000. Puyallup Auto Center wanted $1500 down and offered $500 less on my trade in..... I am still getting notices from banks regarding the finance process at Puyallup Auto Center, all of which indicate that they would not finance the deal because "Collateral insufficient for loan". Meaning... the vehicle was WAY over priced. Which is probably why it's still sitting on their lot.

They did an excelent job of finding me a car in price range I wanted and got me a good intrest rate. I love my ne for fusion and think it will be a great car for years to come
