Through a web search I found a 2015 pre-owned Jeep Wrangler on the lot at heritage valley Ford in Brooklyn CT. Called the dealership and was set up with the salesman Tim Wesolowski. Ask a few questions and requested a few additional pictures since I am 4 hours away and was provided with everything very quickly. After deciding this was definitely the vehicle for us I set out to make a sight unseen deal based on Tim's word. After a gentlemen's handshake over the phone we agreed on a price and a time and date when we would make the drive with check in hand. Over the course of the next few days Tim answered a few additional questions we had and made sure everything was ready for us to go. We arrived Saturday morning to a spotlessly detailed vehicle with a full tank of gas and we're immediately greeted by Tim. We went for a test ride and everything checked out. Within 30 minutes the transaction was complete and we had the keys to our Jeep. Tim felt more like a friend than a car salesman that that that highly recommended both him and the dealership. The car performed flawlessly on the four hour drive home as I'm sure it will for many years to come. I cannot say enough good about the whole transaction. Thanks for everything.

They are the worst dealership that i have ever worked with in my entire life. They pressured me intimidated me into signing a contract asking for more money. They gave me the car but won’t give me my Registration and new plates until I pay them the rest of the money that I couldn’t give them. They are sleez bags a scam artist who only want your money. I advise everyone steer away from this dealership. They are the worst and didn’t resolve my issue. They didn’t put me, as the customer first. They also never changed my breaks or gave me my detail.

from start to finish i was very pleased with my experience with buying from this dealer. i felt all my concerns and needs were heard and met each step in the process. i did not feel pressured. I was very impressed by the salesman, financial services and each interaction with the dealership.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Best car buying experience. I had an excellent experience with salesman, Bill Thibadeau. Highly recommended to go there, and I will return when the time comes for another new vehicle.

No Hard Sales here, Dustin Brown was extremely kind, patient, & knowlegible . For a woman, a car purchase can be very intimidating even when prepared, but Dustin made the experience one of an example of car buying should be!
