She took the time to understand what happened, made me feel heard, and took responsibility on behalf of the dealership. Most importantly, she acted quickly to make things right. Because of her effort and follow-through, she was able to help me and make things right and restored my trust in how customer concerns should be handled. Her communication, respect, and commitment to resolving the issue were exceptional. Although I had issues in the past, Sharnae turned a bad situation into a positive experience through her dedication and care. She is a great example of what real customer service looks like, and I appreciate everything she did to help me.
