Gregg Young has been an excellent buying and service experience going back to its days at Chrysler World. Competitive and fair pricing, friendly and attentive sales staff are perfectly complemented by their caring and compassionate service department. Danny and the boys and girls in service consistently have gone above and beyond to help me as a customer that drives from far to see them. The trip is always worth it for the experience. I recently bought a vehicle from Specialty and had significant issues with it, attempts to get assistance resulted in the sales pawning me off to their service department that belittled the diagnosis by 2 other dealership departments and told me that they could get it fixed cheaper and better than them. I was disappointed in the conversations with this dealership and the lack of willingness to help cover the significant costs I will have to repair this despite having an extended warranty. All my future vehicles and service will be with Gregg Young. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I was very happy with my experience. They very friendly and helpful. I have a super basic knowledge of vehicles (change a tire, check the oil, add windshield washer fluid) and they took the time to explain things to me in a way that made sense. The only challenge I had was that I work night shift so I sleep during the day which made connecting with them a bit of a challenge, and I realize that I am part of a small group that this would be an issue for so nothing I would hold against them at all. I would recommend this dealership to others as I had one of the best experiences here that I have ever had with a service department.

Stranded with a flat tire on US 41, asked dealership if possible, to patch tire but a giant hole in the tread made it impossible. Did not want to drive on my space saver spare over 150 miles to home. Dealer did not have a tire size needed in stock, and service drove to Green Bay to get a correct tire. Mounted & balanced then sent us on our way. Do not recommend changing a tire on the interstate (my first) but all ended well. Highly recommend without question. Coffee & Cookies in the customer lounge was a bonus, and the service staff were great.

When we first started out shopping we had no idea how much work would go into finding something that would fit our family. The 5 person family would be just right for a Pacifica thanks to Chris.
