I had a great experience. Brandon, Steve and Mike went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed taken care of. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back to get a new KIA here in Hollywood soon.
The agent was amazing, Stephen but unfortunately I have to bring the car twice in two weeks for wrong service and the second time he requested car rental for me and the person in charge to process make me wait for almost an hour waiting for someone to bring me to the Rental car office next to the service center!. Both services took me the days waiting for my car...
