Had oil change and tire rotation. Checked tires and said I needed new ones. Tires still under miles warranty, so received some credit to have them replaced. Still waiting to have new ones delivered to the shop.

I purchased a 2015 Certified Chevy Cruze (my first big purchase) in 2018 from Allegan Chevy. I was told by both my salesman and the Auto Trader report that I was given that the vehicle was clean and not in any accidents. On 6/14/19 I went to another Chevy Dealership near my work and was told that the reason for the electrical problems was possibly due to the accident my car was in. I have never been in an accident let alone ever a ticket. I feel so disappointed that they would lie and hide this information from me. Allegan had the car for months and never said it was in an accident while this other Chevy dealer had my car for 5 hours and was able to tell immediately. I feel taken advantage of and disrespected. As a young college graduate, I have lost all trust in a company that I thought would be reputable. I am just really concerned and my confidence is broken. I would like to come to a reasonable solution with Allegan.
