Purchased a used vehicle from Anderson Nissan last week. It required a seat repair that their service department was on top of it. The part came the following day and I was notified momimmediately and scheduled my appointment. They not only completed the repair I less than 2 hrs but did a excellent job. Completely happy and impressed with the quality and speed of their service people. Which I might add were very professional and courteous. I would totally recommend Anderson Nissan to all my friends and more. Thank you Anderson!! I would like to add that my experience with Anderson Nissan has completely changed how I feel about car dealerships. Everything about my experience with them was totally fantastic! Jayden at Nissan has been a blessing and delivers exceptional customer service every time, he keeps me posted regarding my vehicle and goes above and beyond regarding my circumstances such as finding me temporary transportation when needed such as a rental when there isn’t one, And comes in even on his day off to make sure my car is being looked at when parts are delivered. I basically wanted a strip down truck Frontier S with air & auto and no other options. Instead of trying to pressure me into one they had in stock with all the bells & whistles, these guys hunted down exactly what I wanted, and went & got it at a fair price.
