I saw the 2013 van on the website on a Sunday and called Monday morning. I spoke with a sales representative, Devon Tuttle, who said the van was not at the Cortland location. He said that as soon as the van had been looked at, it had only been on the lot since the previous Friday, it would be transfered to the local dealership. Devon had me come in to do paperwork and by Thursday the van was mine. He was helpful and professional and I am very happy with my new van! .
