This has been the worst dealer I visited while shopping for a vehicle in the last month. They baited me to come see a vehicle that was priced at $17,444. When I arrived, they gave me the run around when it comes to getting a purchase order. The following day the vehicle was priced at $27,444. They also was telling me that I wold vehicle forced to purchase a vehicle security insurance. They claimed that I didnt have an option whether I want to add or not. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Not even if you are desperate!!!

I had my own financing with navy fed. Told them I didn’t want a credit app. They said they would soft pull my credit to verify my identity. I said ok no problem soft pull. Then They hard pulled my Experian and Transunion reports. Then the sales manager Javier gave me a xx excuse that they needed to do a hard pull. No reason why. He said “just call them and tell them you pulled out of the deal” and the whole time they could’ve just made a phone call to both bureaus to remove it. Was also told my car was being washed while I was an hour away at my credit union branch in Hawthorne getting the draft check to give to them. They said it would be done once I come back. It wasn’t. And I waited 30 additional minutes for that even after signing 2 million pieces of paperwork. Definition of shady dealer tactics. When I was signing the carfax disclosure their rating was 2.6/5. Starting to understand why that’s the case now.

Lowball low energy bad service bad people bad everything should not be in service should be shut down

I bought a jaguar used checked the car when I test drove everything seemed good got home and there was no radiator cap!!! Then the second time I tried to drive it it’s giving check engine light! Manager does not care ! Pretty sure they cleared codes

Since I got to the dealership I was very kindly received and right away we got to the car I was looking for. Thank you very much Luis for all your help.

Karplus Warehouse was an absolutely horrendous experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff's rudeness was palpable. They seemed more interested in playing tricks than helping a customer. Not only did they try to sneak in extra charges, but they also argued incessantly over the smallest issues. The overcharging was blatant, and their attitude was dismissive and confrontational. It felt like they were more focused on their bottom line than customer satisfaction. Honestly, it was a total nightmare. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Karplus Warehouse if they're looking for a pleasant car-buying experience
