Our experience with Friendly Ram in Geneva was comfortable and customer focused throughout. Starting with Jeff Arnold our Salesman, the process never felt like one of pressure or a rush to the cashiers desk to cash us out When it came time to appraise our vehicle we could not make it physically to the dealership on that particular day, Jeff Arnold offered to drive his vehicle from the dealership to our house over an hour away, in a snow storm, and do the appraisal in person for us! As with any sales situation there are hurdles to clear and financial objectives to meet, on both our and the dealership’s end. Matt Smith the Finance Manager made that process seamless and went above and beyond for us with an extended warranty and a sense of humor to go along with it. Throughout our interaction we always felt that Jeff Arnold and the Friendly Team in Geneva had our best interest at hand. Including when Michael D’Amico and Sales Manager Steve Kesner got involved to help us along, everything was equally supportive and smooth.
