If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Specifically, to Wes and Hadley. I absolutely hate car shopping, but they made this experience a breeze. I am from South Carolina and buying my favorite SUV from out of state as I needed to upgrade from a car to an SUV to adapt to our growing family, 1 newly adopted son and our first two Grandbabies. They have answered any and every question, concern I have had with promptness. I have not been left in the dark about anything. if I asked a question and they didn't have a specific answer they let me know. IE: I asked did they know when it would be delivered, and they were very upfront and honest about they weren't sure several factors went into getting that date and they didn't want to tell me wrong. If and when I need to buy another car I will definitely reach out to Wes and Hadley again. Richmond Car and Truck Center you have two upstanding fantastic employees on your hands, and I hope they get the credit they deserve!!

The sales staff were very friendly; however, I've owned my vehicle for only a month and a half and have had it in the shop three times, costing me approximately $900. I was informed the vehicle had been "checked out" and everything was A-OK. Not so. I will be looking somewhere else in the future.
