We were on vacation and our check engine light came on which stopped us almost dead in our tracks abour 650 miles from home. We were incredibly lucky to have this happen within less than 1/2 mile from from a GREAT TEAM at Lake Elsinore CDJR Dealership. The experience started off on a high note with the Service Advisor, Gary, and it never went down from there. Even when Gary was not available all the other Service Advisors were able to help me quickly and efficiently. The downside was one of the failed parts was not in stock. The upside is that Jose (Service Mgr and a Marine) along with his part dept and auto maintenance people, did everything they could to get us back on the road asap, which was a 3 day stay in a hotel close by. It could have been worse had it not been for Gary and the other Service team members working together to get us back on the road. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!!

My husband and I went in to look at the 2026 Rebel, not intent on buying just browsing. David helped us look at the different trucks on the lot that were available and offered for us to take a test drive, that sold us. We walked out with a truck we only intended to look at!
