There’s a lot I could say about this car buying experience but I don’t want to take away from my real point of leaving this review. Jordan Campbell is likely the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He truly makes himself available 24/7 and sincerely cares about you as a customer/person. He has never once made me feel like an inconvenience. He answers any and all of my questions, and if he doesn’t know the answer, he figures it out quick and always keeps me in the loop. He’s made himself available to me on his days off and even when he’s been out of town. Regardless what happened during this car buying experience, I want Hunter Subaru to know how lucky they are to have him working at their establishment. I can’t say enough good things about him. Even with all of the things that have happened during my experience, I’m still recommending this place because Jordan deserves that. Go see him!
Terrible customer service. Requested call back 5 times. No return call. Good when selling you a car but terrible service after.
We had an excellent experience today working with Gala Rice, at Hunter Subaru! She found us an excellent vehicle, and we were totally satisfied with the entire process! Gala is very professional, but was warm and “down to Earth” as she guided us. We traded in our 10 year old Subaru, purchased from Hunter, for a used Ford Explorer, but were treated like royalty! We will definitely stay with the Hunter family from now on!!
Terrible Sales department. I went to pick up a car that had been promised to me when I sent in over the weekend but after I got there they told me I didn't have any credit but tried to show me something that maybe I could get. I told them no and left. When I got home I saw where they had checked my credit and it was a hard hit to my credit. Terrible way to do business. I will never buy a vehicle from them even if I could.
The service director, Nate, earned the entire company this review. Purchased new tires w/ 2 year warranty for my new car (also bought here) last month, and one will not hold air. No visible damage from inspection but weeks of photo/video evidence. Everything was OK until I met Nate. It's not the fact he bragged about running all the service depts for the entire Hunter group; it's not that he was asking me about investing in cannabis; it's not even that he was talking about his $800 Gucci sandals he wanted to buy. He told me "I could fix this right now, but I'm not going to" and then kept my car overnight and gave me a downgraded loaner. After 24 hours of no real answer, I took my car back will buy a new tire elsewhere. Hunter will never see my money again thanks to Nathaniel Weikert.
I wrote a long 5 star review on google but I also wanted to leave a 5 star review here. Just wanted to give a shout out the everyone that helped us from the service department to the sales department. Everyone we talked with was so helpful and kind. Jhon with service went above and beyond for me. He was even able to retrieve a few things from our car that was completely flooded from the storm on Sept. 27th and kept them safe until we were able to get to the dealership. Kristen with Customer Service, Jacob with Finance, Jordan our Sales Representative and Scott who finalized all of the paperwork on our new vehicle. Thank you so much for all of your help and making us feel special.
