Just wanted to leave a review for this dealership and my sales lady. Jennifer Thomason works at James Hodge Ford, my nephew told me how their family had the best car buying experience they ever had with her so I wanted to reach out to her. I drove up to Muskogee as soon as I pulled on the lot she had the vehicle I wanted pulled up front full of gas and cleaned for me, we went for a test drive and she was very knowledgeable. Once back at the store I told her I was ready to buy the vehicle. I was at the dealership a total of 45 mins start to finish. The managers were awesome and not pushy at all. I will be a James Hodge customer for life!!! When you think about buying go to James Hodge Ford and ask for Jennifer Thomason! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I’ve been truck shopping for a couple of months. After reading reviews on this dealership, I decided to call the store and ask to work with Jennifer Thomason. I’ll be the first to admit everyone’s reviews about her are true. She worked very hard to make sure I found a truck that I liked and fit in my budget. I was at work all day today so I was unable to go into the dealership. We were to the entire car deal over the phone agreed on numbers and she drove to Eufaula to deliver me my truck. I just bought my wife a 2025 Lincoln Aviator tonight. This is my fourth purchase at James Hodge Ford Lincoln and this is my second purchase from Jennifer Thomason. Jennifer was very knowledgeable, friendly & worked diligently to put everything in place for the sale. I have to take a moment and brag on the dealership as well. I would give 0 stars but anyways spent 4 hours waiting they could've just told me I didn't qualify. I would've been fine but i had to come back again which was a almost 2 hour drive. Also i had to keep on constantly asked for updates because they told me nothing until i asked and then they would finally do somthing. They also ended up selling me a truck with a bad transmission and some type of electrical problem with the miles. Even though they said i could fix it when the warranty papers come in (never got it), I don't think they gave me warranty even though they kept on saying yeah you'll gey it in the mail and still nothing. Brayden the sales person though "i think" was really great but the buying process was terrible.

Service dept is a joke. They've had my car 3 months, not fixed yet
