I had a wonderful experience with Nolan Redway, Internet Sales Manager at Horne Mazda Tempe. Nolan was professional, attentive, and made the process easy and stress-free. The Horne Mazda Tempe team was also friendly, welcoming, and great to work with. There was a real delay in processing my check, but once they got around to depositing my check, it was handled, cleared and completed, and I want to emphasize that Nolan was excellent throughout and always kept communication clear. I truly appreciate the care and service I received — highly recommend Nolan and the Horne Mazda Tempe team if you’re considering a Mazda!
Very clean dealership. Bailey at the service desk has been outstanding all 3 of my visits for maintenance. Miranda in sales, was also a very kind and charming young Lady. Overall, a very good service department in the dealership! Keep up the good work!
My Sales Person was Collin and he was very helpful and professional! He went beyond the call of duty to make sure all my needs were met. He was very patient with me as I probably wasn’t the easiest person to satisfy! LOL! Everyone else there was also very professional as well as the finance manage Rocio. This is a great place to do business!!!
