The service department is horrible. They try to see you crap you don’t need with every service. Tires are pushed each time. Not sure about their honesty either. They told me that all tires were down to a two on the wear. One of my tires was new. They apparently didn’t even look at them. Disappointed and disgusted.

The buying process was great. The after purchase was a nightmare. They didn’t do what they said as in picking up the back seat from us on the trade in. Then no title has been sent for tags. Then I get a notice I didn’t pay when I never got an invoice. I’m am not happy with this crap.

My husband and I just purchased our second used car from here. Both times we had a wonderful experience. Austin was wonderful! Very quick to reply to our questions. Everyone was awesome! We will not buy our cars anywhere else.
