Cascade Auto Group - Subaru. Leased my 4th Subaru Crosstrek recently from the dealership and always working with Sales Consultant Matt Harteis. He is approachable, knowledgeable, and we love talking/working with him. We worked with Carol Crandall in Financing. She was knowledgeable and personable as well, making the process easier. Overall, the company and the personnel in their different divisions are always polite, personable, and wanting to assist however they can.
They have always been friendly and helpful and no pressure. Have been dealing with Cascade for over 40 years have always been treated like family
Mr. Harteis was extremely personable and made my buying experiance the best I have ever had with purchasing a car at a dealership. Buying a car can be very stressful, but he made it a relaxing experiance. No pressure. Just honesty and sincerity. Go see him!!!
