Drive into service center is typically blocked by unattended cars. Mechanic work is very good. Poor communication that I mention herein was due to prior appointment for brakes. I came in expecting brakes to be fixed based on phone conversation. When that appt was complete I was told my brakes needed to be fixed. We knew that.
Jessica has always been courteous and professional- we appreciate the great service. We will always service our car here.
