I cannot say enough of what a great experience it was to purchase my 2009 Ford F-150 from Austin. Jordan was a very cool gentleman, and Blake in finance was wonderful. All the fellas at the Tower were very cordial as well. My wife and I had a great time. I would not hesitate for one second to buy a vehicle from this group over the phone again. Love the old truck and the one issue I had, over a week later, was resolved in seconds over the phone.
