What Others Say

We had a great experience buying our car from Ontario Fiat. Steve was really good to deal with, He was very informative and walked us through every thing. Such a pleasant person. We are enjoying the car very much. The parts Department was very efficient also. We would highly recommend Ontario Fiat.

Jim my sellsman and his professional team of automotive salesmen and managers did an excellent job of selling, with excellent no haggle truthfull price. Financing with Leo I did not experience any typical paperwork headache(s)or any difficulty. Unlike their competitor dealers who would pressure you into buying a car while the Ontario Fiat let you decide without feeling like your forced. They are a very transparent dealership everything is right in front of you with nothing hidden.

I bought a 2015 Fiat 500 from Steve. The experience was pleasant and easy and I like the car. No pressure, picked out what I wanted and 2 hours later I am driving it home. Recommended.

I live almost 100 miles away from Ontario. I went to Fiat of Ontario because I searched online and found that they had the best selection of the model I was looking for, and, the best price. Everyone from the salesmen, to the sales manager and the finance manager were absolutely wonderful to work with. A few day after I bought my car - I had a problem. The battery went dead. (The car was a remaining 2014 that had been on the lot for quite some time). I called the dealership and left a message for my salesman and the finance manager(both had told me that their days off were Monday and Tuesday - I called on Monday). Within a very short time - I heard back from both of them. Before calling me; they had alerted the service manager about my problem. The service manager, Kirk, called and emailed me saying that he would be able to send someone out to replace the battery. About two hours later, Louis showed up at my house with a new battery. He changed it out. And, now, everything is fine. These guys go the extra mile and then some: How about 200 miles round trip. As consumers, we would expect that a business would go to such lengths to satisfy a customer. The reality - as I've experienced it - is that it very rarely happens. I have purchased dozens of cars over the years. Overall, I have never had another dealership experience that was anywhere near as good as at Fiat of Ontario.

I love my new car! Gary helped me to find the right one with very good price. He is patient and friendly. I'll recommend all my friends to shop there!

Car was sent over for repairs by Caliber Collision from Ontario Fiat after performing a recall repair. Had damage to hatch and first quote was $1800. Since insurance deductible was $1000, decided to pay out of pocket. Had to call several times to get status for such a simple fix from Caliber Collision. Price upped $200 without a good explanation. Vehicle than claimed to be completed and then was kept is over the weekend because of “quality issue” This was a lie… the vehicle went off line from my mobile app on the 8/28. It was later discovered the battery main fuse was removed and subsequently reinserted in the incorrect slot. Vehicle was sent back to Ontario Fiat to troubleshoot the Caliber Collision screw-up. Dealership could not figure out the problem for 14 days (Pretty Stupid). Both dealership and Caliber Collision failed to update status until I finally complained. Problem was discovered on 9/5 and sent back to Caliber Collision repaired but I was never called. On 9/8 – 3 days later after I chased everyone down. I finally got someone on the phone from Caliber Collision and the Vehicle was sent to me … no apology, no adjustment to bill. Both Ontario Fiat and Caliber Collision have horrible customer service and I would strongly recommend Not using their service.
