Brought a used car, He says it has warranty, but i ended up buying 3rd party from them. Initial quote did not have warranty, final quote they sneaked in warranty. Free oil change is worse.Beware....

People at this dealership are truly wonderful. They were helpful, understanding, and felt like family. Best group of people ever! The Fiat 500 1957 edition is by far the best car that I've ever had and y experience at the dealership made all of the difference. If you want a Fiat, get it here and you WILL NOT be disappointed. I have had a smile since and it has been over 3 months since I purchased the vehicle. Thanks everyone you are the best!

This was my first time purchasing a new car and I could be happier with my experience. I had Buzzy as my salesman and you could ask for a friendlier guy to work with. He made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. They even got me 90 days till my first payment so I could get my other vehicle sold. Everyone there is friendly and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm in love with my fiat, it's a Nero (black) 2013 fiat 500 turbo. I would also recommend a fiat to anyone it is a fantastic car.

Kings Fiat has the best deals in the area. The business it's self is very clean and professional looking. My salesman Chad even bought me a Coke while I waited for my deal to be finalized. Him and Dave weren't pushy at all and worked with my budget. The shop people did a great job with the detail and you can't beat a full tank of gas and free oil changes! Like most buyers, I dreaded the visit to the dealer due to previous "vulture vs. fresh meat" experiences. This was not the case in our visit/purchase with the folks at Kings Fiat. Adam, our sales person was very pleasant and was not overbearing and pushy. Was straight forward in his approach and treated us with respect and allowed us all the time and room we needed to make a decision with the purchase of the vehicle. The negotiations was also straight forward and didn't come down to the "good guy/bad guy" or "let me introduce you to my sales manager" pitch. The finance process was also straight forward and pleasant. The bottom line.....Great Service, Great Experience and best of all Great Price for a very nice car. Initially found the car on their web site and found the ad to be spot on for vehicle we purchased. I would have rated the dealership 5 across the board, except for the fact that the car (used) was not fully cleaned or detailed prior to arrival and even after purchase....car was sent for clean-up and that consisted of basically being driven through a car wash while the inside still showed no difference in cleaning from the way we first found vehicle. Would highly recommend this dealer and appreciate being treated the way we were and made for a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work!!!

Joe had walked out early and asked how he may help us. We looked at a used car, and said we would like to take it for a spin. We had a nice ride testing the car with Joe, and then went back to the dealer. I called my dad and he said he wanted to look at it. Joe gave us the car to show my dad. When we went back after dad had seen the car, we were welcomed to sit down and start the process. I took over and signed papers. We were hungry and wanted us to take the car with us. However we left the car at the dealer, and came back and the process resumes. I walked out of the sales department a happy customer. The salesmen were very friendly and never pushy to buy something I didn't want. Will come back!
