What Others Say

I worked with Spiro over there and the experience was super fast and easy. Would definitely recommend anyone to see him and buy a car here !

Absolutely horrible experience! I drove 3 hours in hopes of purchasing a car from their inventory. I was specific in the vehicle I was there to see. Sean got me in for a test drive and was able to help me with all of my questions/concerns. I decided I would like to purchase the vehicle, this is where I encountered my first issue . I was not aware of the $3000 dealer prep fee that they add to their prices. After an hour of negotiating back and forth, Santos another sales rep. arrived and continued to try and get me to agree to the price. We were unable to come to an agreement, so I left and continued my search. That evening, John, another sales person contacted me asking if he could revisit the numbers and send them over to me for review. I was very reluctant to do this as the offer he was making was the same I made while I was there at the dealership. I was frustrated that I had drove all that way unable to make a deal and I told him not to waste his time. The following Monday I received another call from a different sales rep. named Dave. Dave had even more very interesting information to provide. He stated that the reason the final price was so high was that CARS.com had made an error in the listing. The vehicle was in fact not priced at what they were showing. He assured me the correct price was listed on Alfaromeooffortworth.com. He even went into detail about how he wished that they would discontinue using third party services, such as CARS.com, as they are always finding discrepancies. I questioned why various people worked on the deal when I was there, and I was never advised that there was any error at all. Especially not a pricing error. I let Dave know I did not feel this was accurate. I had a picture of the documentation presented to me initially, & it reflected the price that was online. He insisted it was a mistake and could not help me any further. When I checked the website for Alfa Romeo of Fort Worth, the price was the same as reported through Cars.com. I reached out to Dave again expressing my concerns surrounding the pricing and made him aware of what I saw on the dealership website. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. He placed me on hold in order to consult with his "manager" after which he stated he would need to call me back. I let Dave know that I was very frustrated with the situation. I would be open to their best offer, but I did not want to continue going back and forth. When he called back he stated they could take $100 off but that was all they were willing to do. I requested to speak to the GM but instead was transferred to Steve, a sales manager. Steve continued to insist that the pricing was an error. He never took into consideration the amount of time and energy I had spent going back and forth with half of the department. The next day I did my own research and found out the car had been listed for 200 days. The pricing history also showed that the price was in a downward trend prior to me even looking at it. Steve also stated he was going to lose $4 grand on the car if he sold it for anything less. I also was able to find the car was priced at over a grand less than what it was when I originally saw it. I called the dealership multiple times in an attempt to speak with the general manger but was constantly told either they did not have an active GM or that nobody was available. When I finally made contact with Sean again he stated they did have a GM but was not sure if he was available or who they would want him to transfer me to. I was transferred back to Steve, who did not want to provide his managers name and was still insistent that they were not trying to pad their prices. I advised him I had called multiple times at this point and I would like to speak with the GM. Once again I got an excuse of he was not available. This dealership is very dishonest and shady. There are other reviews where multiple customers have also experienced this "pricing issue". Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Shawn & Jabiy are very helpful and polite gives excellent customer service. They responded very quick and stayed in touch till the very end. I would recommend them to all.

We have repeatedly called to try to get Spiro to fulfill a promise made when the vehicle was purchased. We have received nothing except empty promises. Is this how you do business in Texas by lying to customers to make a sale then avoiding their calls? Ever heard the term "breach of contract"?

Thank you so much, I love my new vehicle I will definitely come back to service my vehicle here. Thanks Jeff and Mo

Marissa and Abishai (finance director) were great. Excellent customer service. Very nice and polite, not abrasive. They didn’t force anything on us or speak in that annoying, patronizing manner (I.e., Im trying to help you) that car salesmen normally use. The whole transaction, from start to end, was smooth. Ask for those two when you go buy your car/truck. They’re the best!
