The sales staff was very helpful with my new Prius lease. Couldn't have expected anything more and would definitely go to Luv for any future business
Poor service. Dealership is not customer driven. Service manager was too busy to deal with a customer because she had a meeting. I ended up making calls to Toyota for assistance to resolve issue. I was warned of this before I purchased the vehicle, that service was an issue at Luv Toyota, but I bought there anyway. Advice, check your receipts because Luv Toyota neglected to record a problem in a previous service call. Service techs and service scheduler did a good job identifying the problem and deserve a 5, but the upper service manger is very poor and deserves less than a 1.
Jim in the service department made sure that I was satisfied with the brakes after replacement (at about 27k miles). Unlike the entire life of the OEM rotors and pads, the new ones made some awful noises usually in the mornings on first light braking. So a few weeks later they replaced the pads they just put in with superior pads (which I would have opted for in the first place -- it sounded like it is actually impossible to get OEM pads/rotors -- but thought that's what I was getting from the dealer). Of course at just one day after the new install, I cannot tell if these will be better ultimately, but I hope these new ones prove better. By far. In any case, Jim and his team were determined to make sure they did as good a job as they could do -- for free and not under warranty, but as a good-service move. I applaud them for that, and they have earned respect.
Pleased with expeditious response to my inquiry. Luv had exact car we have been searching for the last 5 months. Although a 2 hour drive the pricing and availability was well worth the extra drive Salesman knowledgeable and made the entire process painkess
Working with Errik Gordon from Luv Toyota was awesome from Day 0. I put a reasonable deposit down, was given a time frame, and my Rav4 arrived a few weeks early! For those concerned with pricing -- I paid MSRP plus a small add-on fee for some overall protection (rust, interior etc). I was an out of state buyer but Errik and his team made it a pain-free process. Kelly in finance was even able to bet out my credit union! 10/10 -- would absolutely buy from them again -- especially in the crazy market we're in.
Kelly Sanfilippo was great. My new Tacoma is great. Buying this 2019 Tacoma from Luv was the best car buying experience in my life thanks.
