Pleasant and prompt. Unfortunately, I had purchased one elsewhere. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle which is not a given with a Lotus.
Joe Reina was very hospitable. Rode with me on the test drive to review the car features and history. Shared maintenance records in response to specific questions. Took as much time as I needed. I was very favorably impressed with the knowledge and experience with Maserati vehicles. Did not purchase yet, but negotiating.
Very customer friendly wanted to make certain the the car was in good condition and very flexible on time frame for delivery. Will do business with them again
