That was key for me since I live in Florida and they're in North Carolina. Although I ultimately decided to postpone the purchase, my decision was made solely because I anticipate being in a more advantageous financial position in the short to medium term—not due to any hesitation about the product or the experience itself. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and willingness to listen, which speaks volumes about how they treat their customers, especially because the majority of experiences with some Mazda dealers in my area have been subpar. Just bought a brand new CX-5, and the experience was great. Taylor Perrotta, the saleswoman, was professional and straight to the point. Bought a new mazda from Mazda of South Char 11/6. Went in to look and checkout prices and was assisted by Angel Garcia. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.
