Engine light went on. Made an appointment to come in. Met with Lydia when I got to dealership. I left the car but Lydia was in contact with me during the day. Lydia went above and beyond to keep me updated and explained all my options. I told her that I would not be able to pick my car up until 4:30 / 4:45. She said that was ok. When I got there Lydia was still there at her desk. I know her day ends at 4:00. She waited for me to get there to make sure I was taken care of. Lydia has always made my experience at the dealership a good one.
