I have purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. Had a bed cover installed at the dealership. Had to take it back to have the hardware on the bed cover corrected. They cross threaded the bolts and put locking screws in where adjustment bolt was supposed to be. The truck was drove down from Virginia for delivery. The day I picked up the truck the tire pressure was low, and they adjusted the air pressure. Went back two days later and told them the tire was low in air once again. I have had the truck six weeks and have had to add air to the tire three times. Then they want me to pay 415 dollars for a new tire that was leaking air from day of purchase. When I picked up my truck after the bed cover installation there was a scratch in my door on passenger side. This came after I had to wait 10 days to get my floor mats for my truck. After the mats and cover installed the scratch was in the truck door. They have had the truck for two days to not fix the scratch to tell me I have to pay 415 for a new tire that was leaking from pick up day and to fix the hardware on the bed cover that their service department put onto my truck. They were all nice and great till they got the sale done and now they are done with the customer. I have owned a Toyota for 19 years and their service department and customer value has been better for the entire 19 years with them than the 6 weeks with Richard Kay superstore. Richard Kay does not value their customer base or how they treat you after you get the sale completed. I am still trying to get the scratches fixed on my door that was done in their hands. We will see if this takes place or if I have to go to someone else to have it fixed as well like the tire. I am very disappointed in their service and treatment of their customer after the purchase of my truck.

Got a follow up call from Gabe that we we’re looking for a pick up truck that will get us up our steep driveway. Gabe was kind, and obviously, trust worthy. He made lots of phone calls to make sure we got the deal we were looking for. Because their a large company, doesn’t mean you don’t get very personal attention. Gabe went that extra mile.

I called Cornelius last week (either the 11th or the 12th) to schedule an appointment for this Friday at 2:00. Today, I called Richard Kay 24 hours before the appointment and they could not find anything in the system indicating there was a scheduled visit. Today is the 18th. To make matters worse, the guy who answered the phone was rude and rushed me off the phone despite the questions I had about the service I was getting done on my car -- a transmission pan drop and filter change. It's my asset. I have a right to ask three questions about it. Cornelius never called me back even though the guy on the phone this morning said he was coming in at 8. It is 9:30 now and I decided to go somewhere else. SLACK!

BUYER BEWARE if you are from out of state please do not buy here they are not well versed in tax codes from other states computers are out of date they gave wrong tax code for Louisiana sticking me with over 2k just to get my plates and said there was nothing they could do about it SO BUYER BEWARE dropping daughter off at college 2 1/2 hours away in north carolina engine went out had towed to richard kay in south carolina so had to get to college and then to get back to louisiana

Terrible service department. 3 hour job schedule on day with no technician now 6 days later no vehicle no response and its 2023 colorado. BTW same fix they have done several times. They are a joke and scam. Now I pay for Uber to get around because they keep lying. My part that they replaced 2 weeks ago bad and they can't get it. Stay away you want chevy go to CLINKSCAKES
