On Friday 10/31 I saw a jeep wrangler I wanted, I called the same day to speak with John and asked if I should put a deposit on it, and made an appointment for Monday 11/3 to finalize paperwork for it. He said the deposit was no my necessary, that the jeep was mine and not yo worry about it. I went in on Monday and John told me the jeep was sold. He said it was not his fault, he told me his manager made the call to sell it. Very unprofessional. John did get me a great deal on a more expensive jeep, but the damage was already done. I am very happy with the car by the way. Sofia was nothing but amazing and helpful throughout the whole process, John made up for their mistake. I never got the name of the manager, nor an apology from him
