In purchasing my new car at Nelson Hall the sales manager (Bo Hawkins) not only located the vehicle we were looking for, but saw that it was clean and ready for us. He took the time to walk us through every part of the purchase process introducing us to every manager of the sales support teams, and every team member we passed by. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Best car purchasing is experience we have experienced!

Loving my Chevy Trax! Thank you Ms. Mary Naylor and Nelson Hall Chevrolet in Meridian, MS. . Would recommend to everyone! Shout-out to Ms. Elizabeth Hall. too. We were treated SO well during the whole buying experience. Couldn't be happier!

The service Department is awful. Brought in a 2020 2500HD with 2k miles with brake problems in November and they would not look at it. In March, took it back and thanks to GM, they had to replace brake pads. Fast forward two months later, the brakes are worse than before and Nelson Hall simply replies, " it is just the brake pads that go on there causing the issues" I am driving around in a 2020 Chev 2500HD Z71 that sounds like it is a 20 year old truck. I have driven Chev for the past 20 plus years, but this will be my last. I will not deal with them again

Beware!!!! The pricing shown on the website is misleading and they will do a bait and switch with the pricing on the vehicle!!!! The pricing shown online is not real as they take a $3000 discount and then tell you that it's not really a discount, that it is money they will put into your trade. I was told the market value for my trade-in was $17000, and the online price is $28985. Which leaves a difference of 11985. When I tried to make the deal, the price was increased to 31985. Making the difference $14985. I spoke with the manager, and he explained that if I was going to get "market value" for my trade, that the price would be raised $3000. He explained that it is something that other stores are doing, so that's why they do it... Seems like a pretty weak explanation to me. He said that he would speak to the owner, and call me back. He didn't call, he had a salesperson call. The 2nd salesperson that I had been passed to in 2 days.
