I have always had fantastic experiences. Have purchased 5 vehicles over the years and have no complaints. The employees are very helpful from sales to service. Highly recommend.

I let the service manager Wyatt Tolle know that I was very dissatisfied with the lack of service I received, and he did not respond or attempt to resolve the issue. I had my Sprinter van in for multiple services including the active brake assist which controls the cruise control. The error messages appeared on the way home from Montana to Ohio. I asked for a refund for the portion of the charges associated it with that portion of the repair in order to take it back into another dealer to get it fixed. Wyatt refused to refund the money. Don't buy a Sprinter and don't have it "serviced" at DeMarois. They will charge you for service and not provide the service.

Ariel, Megan and mechanic Noah were all so kind and helpful and saved the day for us. My very pregnant daughter, two dogs, a truck full of baby shower gifts and myself had an issue with my truck and barley made it to Missoula after leaving Washington at 6am. They were able to fix our issue and get us back on the road with in a few hours. They were all so accommodating with our two dogs and very compassionate to our situation. It would have been a very spendy night if we had to stay over in Missoula. We can not thank them enough for their willingness to help. I'm not sure what we would have done if they didn't step up. I drove 1400 miles across country to trade in my vehicle for the exact model I was looking for, per the salesperson. He said it was exactly like another I was wanting to purchase. I was assured all the specs were the same. After closing the deal and driving it further, I find the vehicle was not accessorized according to the same specs I was looking at. I was refused the return of my deposit and as a female buyer, feel taken advantage of, after going the extra mile, literally, and getting a product that was not to the exact specifications that was promised/assured. After returning the car, I gave them a second chance by wanting to order a new 2025 vehicle. I was ghosted for 5 days with no return emails or phone calls. Needless to say, I will not be doing business there again and will be filing a complaint with our state attorney general. They are putting all the blame on me when they were the ones who brought the wrong vehicle in to sell me. And it's not right they stole my deposit for not wanting to sell me a new car. I put forth every effort for another sale with minimal to no reciprocation. I will also add that the salesman admitted fault to both my husband and myself. I spoke with the general manager who put his salesman's word above my own. I expressed I tried to order a separate, second vehicle but didn't get any response from sales, again, the blame was put on me rather than the salesperson who brought in the wrong vehicle. Women beware!

They lied to me, broke my vehicle and charged me $1,600 for their mistake. Worst service of all time. It's been months of lies and countless hours of stress. My vehicle is STILL broken and instead of fixing it, they rather ignore my phone calls.

Did a great job. They were professional and fast. Can’t wait to do more with them.
