My experience here is rather unusual. I purchased a car to be delivered to California from our salesman Benjamin Koerper. Ben is a very fair and friendly gentleman. Terrible storms were in the mid-west and no carrier was interested in taking the delivery contract. He tried for several weeks and finally the car was picked up and delivered. Upon delivery, it was obvious that the delivery company had driven and seriously damaged the car. It took a couple of months working with Ben, Bill Kinlaw and Christopher Wood of MB of Billings. Ultimately, they refunded the amount that I paid and picked up the vehicle. Most 5 star reviews are based upon satisfaction with the product and vendor. In my case, it's not possible to say that I was satisfied with the product, as I don't have it. I'm certainly dissatisfied with the transportation company, who acted criminally in their care for the car, but I'm totally satisfied with the service and assistance that was presented by the people at Mercedes Benz of Billings. I would buy from them and I appreciate that they acted properly while in a most adverse situation.

I recently purchased a car through Ben at mercedes of billings. I had a wonderful experience. As a younger customer Ben never once made me feel inferior for any questions or concerns I had. He was great with communication, proactive about gathering information I needed and getting back to me in a timely manner. Ben took care of everything and now I am in a safe car that I trust. I highly recommend using Ben for any auto related needs.

It’s beyond the best experience you could ever have! I truly would never want to buy anything else or deal with any other dealership than this one! Their customer service is something that’s out of this world! I worked with Benjamin, and he was the nicest salesperson I have ever met. Easy and seem less vehicle purchase. Our salesman Benjamin was great! He listened to what we needed and pointed us in the right direction! Would definitely come back when we are ready for another vehicle.
