My vehicle had a serious but very difficult to capture transmission issue. I appreciate how Jessie and Henry stayed on this issue and we’re ultimately able to capture the issue so that the transmission was replaced under warranty.
Even though I did not have an appointment, they took care of my battery replacement quickly.
I took my 2022 Subaru for some work back in December of 2025. Jamie was my service advisor. After the work was done he stated I needed 4 new tires, brake pads, alignment for the new tires, and 60,000 mile warranty. I told him in December I would need to wait until January but for him to send me a quote. In which he emailed me a quote that was lined out. Fast forward to January - I call him to verify the prices and my 60,000 mile warranty is now couple hundred dollars more, the other items are more and he denies even sending me the quote. Even though it was emailed from him. I DEFINITELY do NOT recommend him AT ALL.
Kari provided us with excellent service, kept us informed about our vehicle. The dealership is very good in everyway.

Great service. All staff at Subaru of Little Rock were helpful and competent. I'm grateful for their taking care of routine maintenance. I realize that there are staff working in the shop which contribute to excellent service. I also appreciated the well-design waiting area with options for reading, watching television or working in quiet on a computer. The availability of free coffee was a nice perk.
