Good dealership, they just need more, better training mechanics. Lof was good, and tires rotation went well. Along with life time oil change should be free tires rotate. I Paid for rotation.

I rate Chevy of south anchorage very poor on service. I took my truck in for repair and after they told me it was not covered under my extended policy told them not to repair. Then the wanted to charge $315.00 for diagnoses. I refused to pay. They did not tell me in advance about the diagnoses charge and i believe it very deceptive. Both Josh and Dawson are very difficult to work with and I was never able to get ahold of anyone else in the service dept. None of my emails or phone calls were returned by a supervisor. Chevy of south anchorage's service dept is difficult at best. My claim for repair work was denied because of the policy i was sold at the time of the vehicle purchase. Deceptive.

Efficient, organized and well informed on new vehicles, great in after vehicle follow up, would recommend.

Oil change is quick and convenient. Good updates on when the vehicle is ready for pickup.
