The changes to the dealership service department since I last visit have been positive. I was pleasantly surprised to see employees that were more hands-on and empathetic to your needs. Previous experiences with different employees were not positive. Previous manager of the service department was very snippy and short when questions were asked.

There were two screws left behind and I don't know where they go bit of a concern I called and left a message but try to have heard anything back
