Luis and Jason did and incredible job taking care of of my car! They went above and beyond and I can honestly say this was the most taken care of and supported I have ever felt from a dealership. Jim Ellis is lucky to have an employee like Luis who no matter how many times I had to call or text or drop by, he was always happy to see me, treated me with so much respect and patience, and as I got my keys to drive away for the last time I genuinely told him that when I am in the market for a new car, I will be coming back to Jim Ellis Chevy.
