The dealership was good but my advisor was the worse experience. I guess he was upset that I didn’t get the work done at that moment and so when I came to get my car, someone tried to get him and let him know I was there, he talked pass me to them, walked pass me twice and looked at me. Not one time did he introduce himself in person or even acknowledge me and he is who I had been texting about my car the entire time. I had not seen him in person because I had dropped my car off at night when they were closed. He was rude. He had no customer service, and what he gave through text message when he thought he would get my money was so different in person. I had all the intentions to bring my car back and have it fixed at Chevy however, I’m grateful I was able to see his true colors and if I do return, I will make sure to state that he will not be my advisor.
The service is always good. Really like working with Vladimir Kochubey. He is always helpful.
I have been a loyal Jim Ellis customer since 2013 when I bought my first new Tahoe- a 2013 LTZ. Everyone at Jim Ellis has treated me fantastically, especially Vlad in the Service Dept for many years and most recently Reggie in sales when I bought my new 2025 Tahoe RST. I plan to continue to be a steady Jim Ellis customer.
