I had such an easy time working with the staff at Gibbon Auto Works LTD. Everyone I spoke with was able to help me understand and speed through the process of getting approved and into a car. I was given affordable payment options and multiple methods for making payments. I will go back to this lot when I buy my next car.

I was not at all satisfied with my experience at Gibbon Auto Works Ltd. I leased a 2003 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL 06/09/2012 Putting $1,300 Down Payment. It broke down on me 9 Days later 06/18/2012. I returned the vehicle the same day it broke down to get some help or repair and I got nothing. I took my Father-in-law/ a mechanic with me 2 days later to the Dealership to look at the car to repair when Sabina the Office Manager then came off real Aggresive raising her voice telling me "You can not take the car off the lot!" The car that I'm making monthly payments on and have Full Coverage on. She then would not give the keys. I was already irritated and tired of playing games so I simply called The South Houston Police Dept. They than came out talked to me; talked to them then told me, "This is ridiculous someone could be dying right now instead I have to play Daddy because they are acting like kids." He than got me my key and told me "Thank you for being Professional". I Highly Do Not Recommend Anyone to Purchase a Vehicle from Gibbon Auto Works Ltd. they Lied to me and will NOT work with me at all to satisfy me. I put all my money and trust in this Company to only get a car that lasted me 9 days.
