Everything was good. My car took a couple days for the repairs. They put me in a loaner immediately so I could get home and back to work the next day. It was going to be the next day until my car was ready.
Had a great experience with this dealership. Eric was polite and helped my daughter get into a car she loved. Thanks for everything you did for us.
I wish that both the idle stop error and the loud reversing/brakes issue could have been solved. Those were the the primary 2 reasons for me making appt. Surprising that Honda can't troubleshoot the issue unless there is a 'code'. Idle stop is one of the things I really liked about my car. It stopped working completely and dealership apparently unable to diagnose or fix. Frustrating.
It was a good experience, always has been. My wife liked the coffee bar a lot.
Very good. Jim was a big help with the issues I was having with my Ridgeline. Got them taken care of as well as all the maintenance items that needed done.
