Great dealership and good service. The dealership was very timely on getting me in to have my vehicle serviced and the store was very clean and comfortable..
I am very pleased with the service I received at Columbia Subaru under difficult circumstances. I had just had an accident with my 2021 Subaru. I had intended to keep that car longer and had not shopped or looked at the new designs.

Our service representative, Jonathan, at the Subaru dealership in Columbia Mo, was very helpful to us. He was a very new employee at the time and we were dealing with a complicated situation with Subaru as a company, not associated with our local dealership. Jonathan was kind and responsive to all correspondence. Thank you for all the detailed attention this required and we appreciate the professional patience we needed.
They provided an oil change in the timeframe indicated but had a little confusion with cost. They adjusted cost accordingly. Overall great service and hospitality.
