On Monday, I met with sales specialist, Chad Barati and test drove a Toyota Avalon. The experience was pleasant and I didnt feel the pressure of the "sales pitch." Chad was knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be returning soon!

I have a 2025 Prius XLE Nightshade that I've owned for about a year. I really like my Prius but this morning got in it to head out and nothing. Dead Battery. Jump started it and got it going and took it to Smart Toyota in Davenport. I was surprised that they were able to set up an appointment that same morning!!!. Jake checked us in and said they would do a basic battery load test under warranty. Battery did not pass test and they installed a brand new battery at no charge under warranty and I was out of there in under an hour. The frustrating part of this whole episode is that a few days before my trip to Smart Toyota I went through the same problem. Got in the car and nothing...Dead battery and had to jump start it. Took the car out to my local Toyota Dealer where I live and they had the car for two days and told me the battery was fine, no problems!!!! I sure don't want to do that again!! Thanks Jake and everyone else who worked on my car. I'll be back.

I leased another Camry from Smart Toyota. I ended up buying at the end of my lease. When I went to put my new license plate on, I couldn't get the one of the screws out of the back plate. It was stripped terribly. So I took my car up this morning to see if Smart Toyota could help me get the screw out that they had stripped putting my old plates on. The girl at the service desk told me it would be $85 to do that for me. I told her no thanks and as I was walking out the door, she gave me one of those patronizing "have a nice day". I drove straight to Tires Plus on Kimberly and Brady. The guy at the front desk got a pair of vice grips and had the stripped screw out in about 5 minutes and didn't even charge me. It's Tires Plus and Hiland Toyota for now on. They know how to treat their customers. I won't spend another dime at Smart Toyota. Their service department is horrible.

Loved my experience at this dealership! I had a great experience with Jim Campbell the salesman. He was very professional. Would absolutely go back to this dealership.

This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased, and as always, we are very pleased with our purchase and the personal attention provided by their staff.
