What Others Say

horrible sales service. stood there for over an hour waiting to be helped. never even got to look at camper that I traveled an hour and a half to look at

This dealership is horrible!!! The finance manager, Matt Geiger made a deal with us and promised a call if things changed. Not only did he not call, he ran our credit with several different credit union without our permission! We had to call to find out what was going on. At that point he demanded we have an answer for him about our purchase by the end of the day! He should have called us 4 days before, but was just waiting for us to show up for our appointment to deliver the news that our payment and terms were completely different than what we agreed to. We canceled the sale and will never go back again!!!! Stay away!

BEWARE SELLING THESE GUYS YOUR RV. Got the classic bait and switch - $120K via email - "oh it's a year older so $88K" when in person (Driving 1 hour to get there from northern NH) despite the miles being right and them having a copy of the VIN, title and registration clearly showing the year. Got them with enormous effort and talking to many people up to $107K but still incredibly frustrating. David Holman should either be fired for incompetence or rewarded with a bonus for screwing a customer out of a final $13K. A "1" is too high a rating but it is the lowest I could give. Terrible reviews, reputation and low rating COMPLETELY DESERVED. They also have you sign blank documents - not good. Stay away. Now they are selling it for $150K. Bad, Bad, Bad. After a two and a half year nightmare dealing with this company I would give it zero stars if I could. Our motorhome was there for service and in all that time no one from service ever returned a phone call. Twice we had to drive 4 hours to determine what was being done. The only person there who ever called us back or tried to help was David in sales. Do not do business with these people, there is absolutely no concern for customer service.

This is the email sent to camping world requesting accountability for serious rust damage on a brand new 2023 Ford Freedom Elite coach RV along pictures with which we purchased from Camping World on 6/29/23 showing the surface rust through out the bottom of the 2023 Ford Freedom Elite coach RV. We also included the pics of the 2023 Ford Freedom Elite coach RV on 7/12/23 at the gas station nearby getting gasoline just after picking it up from being service for a few minor things that were overlooked upon purchase. Apparently the coach must have been driven too close to another item or structure and receive some unwanted damage. Please review and lmk what we should be expecting about these unfortunate incidentals.THAT WAS ALL ON 7/12....ONE MONTH AGO AND STILL NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!!!! 8/12/23

I've had my 29RLI there twice for repair and have taken a dead battery in for replacement. They fixed the problems first time in and in a reasonable time (7 days most recently for auto leveling and aslide adjustment). They replaced the battery, no questions asked. The most recent repair they just did it without having to wait for Keystone to "approve" the repair. I have had very good experiences at Chichester NH Camping World ( I purchased my rv at another CW in NH that I will not step foot in again). Tim was my service writer who was very thorough in listening to the issues the rv had and communicating the process for the repair.
